How to check if your lotto ticket is a winner with the Lotto Checker
Want to check if your lottery ticket is a winner? Check Lotto results on the Lotto.co.za website. Using our tools can help you stay in control. The Lotto Checker will check all draw game tickets and let you know instantly if you have won.
It's ony of the easiest ways to check your numbers, showing you all the results from the last 5 months, as well as which numbers you've matched and how much prize money you have won.
How do I use the Lotto Checker?
It is super simple really. All you have to do is go to the Lotto.co.za page. This page will allow you to check Lotto results, results history, learn how to place a bet on each lotto and most importantly for this article – how to check if your lotto ticket is a winner!
The first thing you have to do is click here or search Lotto.co.za online to take you to the Lotto Checker page. Once you have done this, you will be able to see the different lotto’s available to view at the top of the page. Simply click on the lottery you placed a bet on.
South Africa Lotto Checker
If you have placed a bet on the SA Lotto, click on the tab located at the top of the page called ‘Lotto’. This page will show you the SA Lotto and Lotto plus official results history. Once, you have clicked on the ‘Lotto’ tab, scroll down on the page till you see the “SA Lotto Checker”. Then simply click on the numbers you bet on and the date your draw took place and click on the ‘Check Now’ button to check if your lotto ticket is a winner. Below is an example of how to check if your lotto ticket is a winner with the SA Lotto.
As shown above, the Lotto Checker will let you know how many numbers you have won and how much money you are going to cash in (if you have won any prizes.)
The SA Lotto happens twice a week, every Wednesday and Saturday, shortly before 21:00 SA time.
SA Powerball Lotto Checker
If you have placed a bet on the SA Powerball, click on the tab at the top of the page which says, ‘Powerball’. This page will show you the SA Powerball and Powerball plus official results history. Once you have clicked on this page, simply scroll down slightly on the page till you see the ‘SA Powerball Lotto Checker’.
Simply click on the numbers you bet on plus the extra number you chose. Once again, choose the date the lottery was drawn, shown beside and click on the button ‘Check Now’. Shown below is an example of this.
The SA Powerball Plus draw is twice per week, on Tuesdays and Fridays, shortly after 21:00 SA time.
French Lotto Checker
Finally, last but not least, if you have placed a bet on the French Lotto and want to check if your lotto ticket is a winner, I think you know what to do! This time, simply choose the tab ‘France Lotto’ located at the top of the page and you now know the drill… scroll down till you see the ‘French Lotto Checker’ and check to see if the numbers you bet on have been drawn.
Again, you can choose which date the numbers were drawn by clicking on the date placed beside the Lotto Checker and choosing the specific date you want to choose. An example is shown below to show you what it will look like.
Draws happen every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 20:20 SA Time, meaning the tier 1 prize grows 50% faster than lotto’s that only offer 2 draws per week.
